Managing Partner & President
In 2007, Mike entered the medical field, expanding his network and skills. However, in 2010, he returned to his passion for Hospitality and set his sights on a new challenge: restaurant payroll. Despite initial doubts about leaving a “sexy business” for payroll, Mike leveraged his expertise, connections, and work ethic to excel in this industry. In 2014, he teamed up with Stacey Holder-Winkler to co-found Premier Payroll Solutions, laying the foundation for a company built on exceptional service and teamwork.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with his wife, Adrienne, and their children, Angelina and Matteo, whether cheering on their sports activities or exploring new destinations as a family. A lifelong Rangers fan, he hopes to witness a Stanley Cup win with his kids by his side.

Stacey Holder-Winkler is a dedicated Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Payroll Solutions, with over 30 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations across various sectors, including Hospitality, HR/Payroll, Product Distribution, and Quality Management. A Long Island native and SUNY Albany graduate, Stacey has held roles at companies like UPS, ADI, and IBM, gaining extensive expertise in operations management.
After joining the payroll industry over 20 years ago and developing a deep specialization in Hospitality Payroll and HR compliance, Stacey co-founded Premier Payroll Solutions with Michael D’Onofrio in 2014. Her passion for hospitality payroll brings a lively perspective to the field, and she remains committed to providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys time with her family, including her husband Tex, son Alex, stepdaughters Alexa and Brianna, and their dog Cali. She’s also a fan of sports, particularly the Yankees, Penguins, and Ohio State Buckeyes, and loves boating, motorcycling, country music, and traveling.

Vinny Pappalardo brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to Premier Payroll Solutions, where he is a key partner. Growing up on Long Island, NY, Vinny attended Chaminade High School before pursuing a degree in Finance at Loyola University in Maryland. After graduation, he launched Elite Valet, a successful Long Island-based valet parking company, which he grew to over 300 employees and later sold in 2011.
Following this success, Vinny founded Zuma Merchant Solutions, a credit card processing company serving clients nationwide. His business acumen led him to expand Zuma with two subsidiaries: Malibu POS, which provided Point of Sale systems, and ZumaPay, a payroll service provider. In 2015, Vinny partnered with Mike and Stacey to help drive the growth of Premier Payroll Solutions.
Vinny resides in Oceanside with his wife Yvette and their two daughters, Emma and Ava. A lifelong fan of the Mets, Jets, and Knicks, he finds inspiration in their perseverance and channels that resilience into overcoming challenges in his business endeavors. Outside of work, Vinny enjoys playing golf and cherishing family time on weekends.
