As the newly appointed Director of Operations at Premier, Kirsten leads with a passion for process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, cultivating an empowered team and delivering top service.
Kirsten’s career has been rooted in building strong, lasting relationships with business owners, something she views a rewarding part of her journey. Whether in corporate environments or running her own ventures, she has always prioritized understanding client needs, aligned solutions, and fostered trust through transparency and consistency.

Prenatal Leave Update: New Compliance rules For NYS & NYC
New York State Prenatal Leave, on January 1, 2025, New York is the first state to provide 20 additional hours of paid sick leave for prenatal and pregnancy-related medical care. This is on top of any existing sick leave.
New York city prenatal leave, effective july 16, 2025, for new york city employers must comply with newly adopted rules under the earned safe and sick time act (ESSTA), reflecting new york state’s paid prenatal leave law.
