As the newly appointed Director of Operations at Premier, Kirsten leads with a passion for process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, cultivating an empowered team and delivering top service.


Kirsten’s career has been rooted in building strong, lasting relationships with business owners, something she views a rewarding part of her journey. Whether in corporate environments or running her own ventures, she has always prioritized understanding client needs, aligned solutions, and fostered trust through transparency and consistency.


Her leadership at PPS will be focused on enhancing operational efficiency, internal systems, and ensuring a seamless client experience across payroll, HR, and compliance services. Kirsten is excited to continue growing with a company that shares her dedication to long-term partnership.
